Aaykar Sampark Kendra or ASK assists the taxpayers with their queries related to income tax, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Collection Account Number (TAN). Customer care assists a taxpayer in resolving their queries related to income tax e-filing through the e-filing portal. Help is given to those who ask for it from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
TDS Centralised Processing Centre (TRACES)
