• Go to the “Debit Card Services” section.

How to Set PNB Debit Card PIN through PNB One App?

The cardholder must implement the following steps to generate a PIN on the Debit card through the PNB One App. 

STEP 1: Log in to your PNB One App account with valid credentials. 

STEP 2: After logging in, select the Debit card button, after which you’ll be redirected to the next page, where you can choose the option to Generate a Green PIN. 

STEP 3: You’ll be redirected to another page where you must select the attached card from the drop-down menu and click the continue button. 

STEP 4: You’ll receive a six-digit OTP on your registered mobile number. 

STEP 5: Accurately enter the information and ‘Submit’. 

STEP 6: After verifying your credentials, the system will request you enter and re-enter a four-digit PIN.

STEP 7: After successfully mentioning your ATM PIN twice, the cardholder must re-enter their pin for confirmation. 

Step 8: You will receive a confirmation message once the PINS match. 

How to set a Duplicate Debit Card PIN for your PNB ATM Debit Card?

STEP 3: This OTP lets you set the new debit card PIN. 

STEP 4: Swipe your card at the ATM. Select the green PIN option featured on the dashboard through an OTP. 

STEP 5: Mention the six-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number and select ‘OK’.  

Step 6: You can now select and mention the four-digit ATM number. 

STEP 7: Accurately re-enter the number to conclude the process. 

STEP 8: You will receive a confirmation from the bank after mentioning the ATM number on the card.
