HDFC Bank Timings Post Covid-19 Lockdown
HDFC Bank has revised its operating hours post the Covid-19 lockdown. However, the bank has reinstated its regular working hours, i.e., 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (except the 2nd and 4th Saturdays). All the banking services have been resumed now. Still, the bank has requested its customers to take the necessary COVID protocols such as maintaining social distancing, hand sanitising and wearing face masks.
HDFC Bank Lunch Timings
The lunch hour at HDFC Bank can differ depending on the branch, as private sector banks like HDFC have not specified any particular lunch time. Usually, HDFC Bank employees go to lunch in shifts so that customers don’t have to wait for the end of HDFC Lunch time. This way, every customer can use banking services at any bank branch from 9:30 a.m., which is when HDFC Bank opens. This helps people take advantage of any banking services within HDFC working hours.
HDFC Doorstep Banking Timing
HDFC bank, under RBI regulations, offers senior citizens and differently-abled customers services such as cash and cheque pickups and cash drop-offs under Doorstep Banking Services (DBS). The timings and locations of the same are mentioned above:
- HDFC processes all Doorstep Banking Services on weekdays only.
- All requests made for the same on a working day before 3 pm (day 0) will be processed and fulfilled on the next working day, i.e. Day 1.
- Requests made for DBS after 3 pm on a working day will be fulfilled on the next working day or Day 2.
- The bank offers DBS to senior citizens and differently-abled customers on select locations. To know whether or not your branch offers this service, you may check for the same on the bank’s official website.
