Following a COVID-19-related nationwide lockdown, ICICI Bank had to halt non-essential services and operate with reduced personnel temporarily. However, the bank has decided to reinstate regular business hours, 9:30 AM to 3 PM, after consulting with the relevant State Governments. This will be considered new ICICI bank work timings after facing complete and partial lockdown for almost two years. The bank takes extra safety measures when serving consumers, specifically in terms of offering contact-less banking services, adhering to COVID guidelines, social distancing, sanitisation and hygiene. 

Additionally, reinforcement of preventive measures is the current key consideration for the bank. Here’s what has changed since the onset of the pandemic.  

• Now customers have to wear face masks across the bank premises.
• Customers are supposed to sanitise their hands and themselves before entering and leaving the bank premises.
• Maintaining social distancing is mandatory. Regardless of the hurry, you must maintain adequate distance to keep yourself and others safe.
• Customers should cooperate with the staff while carrying out the temperature check and must leave if asked to.

ICICI Bank Timings and Working Hours

ICICI Bank Timing On Saturday

The ICICI Bank timings on Saturdays aren’t the same as on other weekdays. As two Saturdays are an off-day and for the rest of the Saturday it’s working as usual.

ICICI Bank: Lunch Timings

The ICICI Branch lunch timings differ from one branch to another. To make lunch more convenient for the customers, all bank personnel are not off duty. Lunchtimes are typically between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Banking services are still available to customers, and lunchtime falls during business hours. ICICI Doorstep Banking Timing

• ICIC Processes request on all days, except Bank holidays.
• All Requests made through Customer Care before 1:00 p.m. will be attended on the same day.
• Requests made post 1:00 p.m. will be attended on the next working day.

ICICI Bank – NEFT Timings

The National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)  is the service of transferring money electronically. One bank that offers the NEFT service both online and offline is ICICI. The NEFT service is available for customers or account holders during the hours shown below. 

ICICI bank processes the NEFT services six times a day. Suppose you are opting for NEFT service during the weekdays. In that case, the bank executives carry forward the transactions at the following times:

• 10.30 am
• noon
• 1.00 pm
• 3.00 pm
• 4.00 pm.

So, if you have made any NEFT transactions, expect the amount to reflect at the mentioned timings.

On weekends, i.e. Saturday, the NEFT transactions occur thrice a day. The times are 9.30 am, 10.30 am, and 12.00 noon. 

However, from December 16, 2019, ICICI Bank made NEFT available through mobile and net banking services to offer the customers the foremost banking services. 

ICICI Bank: RTGS Timings

Real-time gross settlement, or RTGS, are specialised funds transfer methods that enable customers to send money or securities in real-time. You can transfer money through RTGS regardless of the banking institutions, i.e. from one bank to another.
