The State Bank of India Human Resource Management System, better known as SBI HRMS, is one of the prominent decisions SBI has put forward for its employees. This portal acts as a panacea to retrieve several employee-related services right away. 

It allows you to access a wide range of services, including salary details, upcoming vacations, SBI holidays, profile information, career history of the employee within the organisation, view and download salary slips, pension details, tour, adding a nominee to PF, and other crucial information. The best part about the HRMS SBI portal is employees can access all these services through their smartphones too. Additionally, you can apply for leaves through the portal and submit IDF declarations. Now, an employee can access any of the available services faster than ever.

Who Can Access SBI HRMS Portal? 

Access to the SBI HRMS portal is limited to the organisation itself. The present and retired employees of the State Bank of India are permitted to access the services available through the portal.

• The Staff of Allied Post.

Associated Banks Who Can Use SBI HRMS Portal

The portal was initially formulated during the alliance formation of the State Bank Of India along with its 5 state branches, including Mysore, Karnataka, Hyderabad and Travancore, Bikaner, and Jaipur. With the merger, all these associated banks got authentic access to the portal. Now the present and former employees of these banks can also access the services available through the SBI HRMS portal.

• Salary Slips and Pension Slips: Current and former SBI employees can access monthly salary details and breakups (benefits, deductions, etc.) through the portal.

As a current and retired SBI employee, you have access to the portal. All you have to do is log in to the SBI HRMS portal using your credentials, and you will get access to essential information, including monthly payments. Additionally, you can go through your salary slip and monthly salary break-up, i.e., added benefits, PF deduction, etc. 

Rewards and Recognition

As an employee, when you give your best to the organisation, you expect rewards and recognition in return. When SBI recognises your contribution to the organisation, you can see it under this service tab. The presence of such rewards under your HRMS profile allows the employer to get detailed information about your work history during appraisals and promotions. 

SBI Events 

The State Bank of India organises various events, seminars, and workshops to keep employees updated with the ongoing trends. Anything new that is about to happen is listed under this service tab, and you can enrol for the same with utmost ease without missing out on anything.

Leave and Scheduled Holidays

Every SBI employee can use this portal or my HRMS app to check the upcoming holidays and available leaves, apply for leaves and cancel them with utmost ease. This service section is further divided into stages including: 

• Leave Request
• Leave Approval
• My Leave Balance
• Holiday List
• LFC/HTC Approval

Additionally, under the Tour section, there are two stages: 

• Tour Request
• Tour Approval

Reimbursements

Reimbursement stands for the funds that will be provided to the employee in terms of travel costs, food costs, and hostel costs. You can ask the organisation to reimburse the amount through this service section. Your reimbursement will be approved after evaluation, once the organisation finds out that you have applied for a valid reimbursement. 

In addition to these services, the SBI HRMS portal provides access to medical facilities in addition to active loan status and eligibility.

The process to Login In SBI HRMS Portal

The SBI HRMS login process is quite easy, and you just have to follow a few steps to get access to the listed services. All you have to make sure of is you have the login credentials provided by the organisation with you. Now, when you have the ID password with you, perform the following step-by-step SBI HRMS login procedure:

1. Visit the official ESS portal, i.e., SBI HRMS at https://hrms.onlinesbi.com
2. From the home page, click on the “Log in” button available at the top right corner of the homepage. 
3. A login form will appear on the screen.
4. Enter the user ID, passwords, and captcha in the text fields.
5. Now click on the Login Button.

Once you click to select the login option, you will be redirected to another page. It will display your SBI profile along with all accessible services. You can choose any of the listed services and explore the portal further. 

If you wish to make the entire process more convenient, switch to the myHRMS application. All you have to do is download the application on your smartphone. Once the application is downloaded, open it and log in through the credentials provided. After successful login, you will be able to access all services and benefits available to you. 

How to Reset SBI HRMS Forgot Password?

In case you have forgotten your SBI HRMS password, you get the option to reset it. Here’s what you must do to reset your password:

1. Visit the official SBI HRMS portal.
2. Click on the “Log in” button available at the top right corner of the page. 
3. A Login form will appear on the screen asking for the User ID, Password and Captcha. Right below this, you will find the “Forgot Password? Click Here” option.
4. Click on it, and you will be redirected to another page asking for your User ID and DOB, along with an option to send you a reset password OTP. 
5. Choose any of the options, i.e., Mobile or Email ID, to receive OTP. 
6. Enter the OTP and reset the password.
